1. In-Store Purchases

  • Customers purchasing products from our physical store must inspect the item in front of our sales representatives before completing the purchase.
  • Once the product has been checked and purchased, any issue will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty policy, and replacements or refunds will not be applicable unless covered by the warranty.

2. Online Orders & Delivery

  • If an online order is found to have a manufacturing defect upon delivery, customers must notify us via our hotline within 24 hours.
  • The product must be unused, free from scratches, and returned in its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged package, do not open or use the product. Once opened or used, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
  • Defective products can be brought to our store, where our experts will assess the issue and take necessary actions, including repair or replacement if applicable.

3. Replacement & Return Charges

  • Customers requesting a replacement through home delivery service will be charged à§³200 inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, only courier charges will apply.
  • If a returned product is found physically damaged (burnt, broken, liquid damage, etc.), the responsibility will be on the customer, and the replacement request will be denied.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are fully functional and match the description provided on our website will not be eligible for return if the customer later decides they no longer want them or if the item is incompatible with their setup.
  • Software & software licenses are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

5. Refund Process

  • If a return is accepted, the refund process may take 3 to 10 working days. For online transactions, it may take longer depending on the payment gateway.
  • Refund charges will apply for Mobile Financial Services, Online Payment Gateways, and POS transactions.
  • If a cashback or promotional discount was applied during the purchase, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.

6. Courier & Damaged Products

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery. If the package is damaged or broken, do not accept the delivery.
  • If a customer accepts a damaged product from the courier, Alif Network will not be responsible, and no return or refund will be issued.
